Christmas Fun!

We had a wonderful Christmas with all of Patti's family in town (39 of us). We got together for lasagna dinner Thursday night... Brackon's DELICIOUS pasta bar Friday night...Saturday was fun family pictures at BYU, lunch at our house, Build-a-Bear with some of the girls, and the BYU game and dinner. Sunday was such a nice relaxing day. After church we got together at Barclay's for dinner and games. Monday we got together at the church for yummy Christmas Eve dinner, presents, white elephant gift exchange and fun games. Christmas morning was great. It was the first time since Ben and I were first married that we have had Christmas morning in our own home. We have always either been in Portland or at G&G's here in Orem. It was great! We spent the rest of the day playing at the church and eating yummy leftovers. Wish I had a picture of the floor hockey 'dive' I made...(note to self-do not try to play in dress shoes!!!) 6 of us girls were playing and I was running after the ball and my shoes stopped and the rest of me kept going...on to my face!!! But no bruises or blood so it's all good! And so the rest of the game was played in socks-except for being goalie. It has been a great holiday. Everyone is loving their presents and we will continue to clean up the aftermath for some time to come! We are so grateful to have such a wonderful family to share it all with!
