Death by Tile

A local Orem woman died unexpectedly in her kitchen after laying over 300 slate tiles. Experts are unsure why she died, but her husband said "It must have been that last tile she installed. What a shame, the floor looks great."

Actually, Patti's death is greatly exaggerated. She did however lay over 300 slate tiles in the kitchen and the hallway in less than three days. She could not have done it without the help of her wonderful, loving, hardworking husband who generously handed her tiles when she needed them. The floor is looing good and we hope to have it cleaned, grouted and sealed by next weekend.

In other news, the Henwood's finally have a working kitchen sink - I can not tell you how exciting this is!!!

Yeah for Patti and Ben!!! Your floor looks fantastic! Wish we were there to take it all in. Glad you didn't die Pat's, but Brackon can understand. I remember him saying, after we tiled mom & dad's basement (with help from dad), "I'll never do that again!" Love you guys.
